We can take debit or credit cards which have the Visa, Mastercard or Maestro logo, for telephone or mail orders (please include a telephone number, in case there's a problem). We do not recommend sending card details by email.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please phone or email us first.
ORDER ON LINE:
You can pay using PayPal, either from your balance, or using a credit or debit card. To pay by Paypal — contact us via our Email us page and we'll send a Paypal Invoice for the amount payable including postage. Do NOT include your credit/debit card details in the email.
Please note that we do not offer a "by return" service. We are a two-person manufacturing business, not a warehouse, and time has to be split between making items and sending orders. Inclusion of items on our website does not mean that we have the item "on the shelf". Please allow 21 days for delivery — or 28 days for Overseas.
Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of ordering.

£3.00 postage will added to the total cost of items ordered up to £20.00 ***, £5.50 over £20.00.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE: we do not supply goods direct to the USA or Canada, as our insurers have advised us that our product liability insurance does not cover these countries.
